📢 Job Opening: GEM Telecaller

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (CTC)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Handle telecalling related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Follow up with clients and vendors for documentation and queries.

Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic knowledge of the GeM portal is a plus.

Should be comfortable working on calls and computer systems.

Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
