BPO Telesales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold-calling.

• Introduce company products/services, explain features, and handle objections professionally.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Record accurate information about customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Stay informed on product features, company policies, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
