Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with experience in outbound sales calls, specifically for loans, credit cards, and insurance products. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset and the ability to handle customer objections effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings

• Promote and sell financial products including loans, credit cards, and insurance

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer data and feedback in CRM tools

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in financial products

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Minimum education: 12th
