Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our student support team. You will play a key role in guiding NEET aspirants by providing information about our services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and helpful experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Provide accurate information about NEET Support services
Follow up on leads generated through various platforms
Maintain a record of conversations and outcomes in CRM tools.
Resolve basic queries and escalate complex ones to the concerned department
Build a rapport with students and maintain long-term relationships
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
What We're Looking For
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, counseling, or customer support roles
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident and polite tone over the phone
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
Willingness to learn and grow within the team
