Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, assisting in application procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment. You will play a vital role in representing the institution professionally and driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding admission requirements, course details, fee structure, and career outcomes.

• Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with leads through systematic CRM tracking and maintain detailed records of communication and application status.

• Schedule and conduct campus tours, admission interviews, and information sessions.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding of new students.

• Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and school outreach programs.

• Meet admission targets set by the management.

• Ensure timely collection of required documents, application forms, and initial payments.

• Provide support in student visa documentation (if applicable).

• Maintain updated knowledge of all academic programs, accreditations, and institutional policies.
