We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to handle telecalling-based counselling. The role primarily involves engaging with prospective students over the phone, providing guidance on available programs, and converting leads into admissions through regular follow-ups and personalised support.
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about educational programs.
Engage in telephonic counselling to understand the needs of students and offer suitable program recommendations.
Follow up with leads systematically to drive conversion to admission.
Maintain and update records of calls, interactions, and outcomes on the CRM platform.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Assist in virtual outreach activities or online admission drives as required.
Daily call targets achieved.
Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
Consistency in follow-ups and lead engagement.
Accuracy in CRM updates and lead tracking.
Quality of counselling and student satisfaction levels.
Age: Up to 30 years
Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, counselling, or education sales preferred
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
Personality: Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive, and student-focused attitude
