Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Respond to Indiamart and Justdial leads and offer correct product/price and close the deal

• Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 1 - 4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in English, Telugu, Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12th Pass and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift. Accounts related work will be for around 1 hr daily, other time they should be involved in above..
