Position Title:  Service Technician

Qualification:  Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical

Job Location:  Juinagar (Mumbai)

Experience:  2-4 years

Job Summary:  We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office to manage accounts receivable and payable processes. The role involves tracking bills and invoices accurately, ensuring timely payments and collections, and maintaining efficient financial records to support overall accounting operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

·         Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

·         Handle Accounts Payable, including processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.

·         Maintain accurate records and track bills for internal and external transactions.

·         Monitor and track invoices, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

·         Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

·         Use MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data entry, tracking, and reporting financial transactions.

·         Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes and documentation.

Required Skills:

·         Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable Management

·         Proficiency in Accounts Payable Management

·         Ability to effectively track and manage bills

·         Experience in invoice tracking and documentation

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

·         Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
