Technician

We are actively looking for a young and talented Technician to join our vibrant team at Coimbatore Prozone.

1. Responsible for handling day-to-day complaints regarding maintenance.

2. Responsible to follow-up planning schedule of preventive maintenance and co-ordinate building mechanical, sanitary, and other maintenance work.

3. Responsible to liaise with general contractors.

4. Responsible to maintain the interior and exterior of building, furniture, fixtures, etc.

5. Responsible to repair and maintain all air-conditioning equipment, refrigeration units, piping work and associated equipment.

6. Responsible to attend daily briefing meeting and weekly maintenance meeting.

7. Responsible to carry out work as directed.

8. Responsible to carry out shift duties, split shifts or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category trade falls sick, is on vacation or absent from duties and or as called upon to do so from time to time as directed by the seniors.

9. Responsible to prepare and supervise for any promotional activities within the Multiplex.

10. Responsible to repair, install and maintain electrical equipment (rotary & static) electrical fitting and switchboards.

11. Responsible to submit reports to the Manager Engineering.

12. Responsible to keep a record and analysis of the electrical power supply.

13. Responsible to continue the work in terms of transfer from the morning shift to the afternoon shift and night shift including the projection room duties.

14. Responsible to conduct routine scheduled inspection and supervise the cleaning program
15. Responsible for Implementing best sounds equipment as per AOP.
16. Responsible for Up gradation of S & P system.
17. Responsible for providing Excellent & Uniform customer experience.

18. Responsible for Preventive maintenance-Sound system- IN house.

19. Responsible to maintaining -AMC- through agency

20. Responsible to Conduct training for engineering personnel, knowledge and skills update on Sound & Projection equipment Management.
    
    Requirements:

1. Diploma in ITI/Electrical.

2. Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in electrical or related field.

3. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
