Technician

·       Conduct technical training sessions on:

o   PPF installation techniques (cutting, stretching, edge wrapping, alignment).

o   Ceramic coating application (surface prep, layering, curing process).

o   Interior and exterior detailing processes.

·       Train studio staff and new joiners on use of detailing products (compounds, shampoos, microfiber cloths, etc.).

·       Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for detailing and protection services.

·       Monitor trainees' performance and provide real-time feedback for improvement.

·       Conduct refresher training sessions and skill assessments.

·       Ensure compliance with safety protocols and usage of PPE.

·       Assist in the creation of training manuals, videos, and documentation.

·       Support new studio launches by training staff on-site as needed.

·       Stay updated with global trends and innovations in automotive detailing.

·       Represent the company in vendor/product demo sessions or training workshops.

·       Must be open to travel across India for site visits and project coordination.
