Technician

  Coordinating with external suppliers.   Arranging delivery and pick up of spare parts.   Liaison with regards to client / plant requirements.   Ordering spare parts using various enterprise software systems.   Providing spares reports.   Input work order data into CRM DMS software system.   Sourcing and procurement of spares from co-dealer and vendors.   Coordinating and assisting spare part department staff.   Control on stock inventory.   Spare part department cleanliness, tidiness and litter management including general amenities.   Manpower planning for routine operations in the department.   Counter customer requirement handling.   Spare part claims.   Pending parts feedback and follow-up.   TML funds availability.   PEEP planning. Attend Training and should implement in daily work Work as team & support to your subordinates  Ensure that any additional works are undertaken as and when required to do so by you and your team.
