Technical Supervisor

The Technical Service Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, supporting product applications, resolving issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure optimal use and performance of polymer products. The role bridges the gap between the product development team and end users, ensuring technical satisfaction and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to customers using polymer products in various applications.

• Conduct product trials, application testing, and performance validation at customer sites.

• Assist in product development and customization based on customer requirements.

• Support the sales team with technical presentations and application knowledge.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and product datasheets.

• Conduct failure analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions.

• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams for continuous product improvement.

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity related to polymer applications.
