Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of on-grid and off-grid solar power plants (1 kW to 100 kW+).

Install solar panels, inverters, structures, wiring, earthing systems, and other components as per design and safety standards.

Coordinate with the site supervisor or project engineer for material handling, site preparation, and layout.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues during and after installation.

Follow safety protocols and electrical standards during installation work.

Maintain documentation for site work, material usage, and completion reports.

Provide basic training to customers on system operation and basic maintenance, if required.

Requirements:

Qualification: FROM 12th Pass to ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in solar installation.

Basic knowledge of DC and AC electrical systems, if not will be trained in the training period for the same.

Familiarity with tools, safety procedures, and electrical wiring.

Willingness to travel to various sites across locations.

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
