Service engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal operation.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues.

• Respond promptly to service calls and provide on-site support.

• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance logs.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and explain solutions.

• Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring problems.

• Train users on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, etc.)

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical service role (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
