Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks related to:

o Plumbing: Pipe fittings, leakage repairs, washroom maintenance.

o Electrical: Wiring, light fittings, circuit troubleshooting.

o Painting: Touch-ups only.

o Patch Work: Wall repairs.

o Utility Asset Maintenance: Inspection and servicing of HVAC, generators,

pumps, etc.

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution to reduce downtime

• Coordinate with vendors/specialists when needed

• Maintain a log of work done and report to the maintenance supervisor

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in facility maintenance roles

• Strong understanding of utility systems and general repairs

• Ability to work with basic tools and maintenance equipment

• Team player with good problem-solving and communication skills

• Must be available on-site 24x7

• Accommodation will be provided by the company
