Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns in machines, panels, motors, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, etc.

• Carry out electrical wiring, control panel maintenance, and motor rewinding coordination as needed.

• Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and equipment history.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all maintenance operations.

• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for service or spare parts support.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.

• Assist in energy saving, cost reduction, and improvement initiatives.
