Designation: Field Service Engineer

Job Profile:

Ø  Installation and Training

·         Install and configure coffee machines at customer locations according to specifications.

·         Provide initial training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.

Ø  Maintenance and Troubleshooting

·         Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines function at optimal levels.

·         Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in coffee machines.

·         Respond promptly to service calls and ensure minimal downtime for customers.

Ø  Customer Support

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service.

·         Educate customers on proper use, cleaning, and care of coffee machines.

·         Address customer complaints and provide technical support to resolve issues.

Ø  Documentation and Reporting

·         Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations.

·         Generate service reports and provide feedback to the management team.

·         Ensure spare parts inventory is up to date and report shortages.

Ø  Compliance and Safety

·         Follow safety guidelines during equipment handling, maintenance, and repair.

·         Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for quality and performance.
