Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CNC VMC Operator to join our Toolroom R&D team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of VMC milling and CNC lathe operations, machining accuracy, and toolroom practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production or related trade

• 5–6 years of relevant industry experience

• Good communication skills

• Strong knowledge of CNC Machining and Programming

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VMC Milling and CNC Lathe machines efficiently

• Follow project timelines and ensure timely job completion

• Operate conventional machines (basic knowledge required for clamping jobs)

• Perform data entry for daily work and system updates

• Manage data entry of incoming and outgoing raw materials and parts

• Follow 5S practices and ensure safety in the toolroom

Candidate Profile:

• Sound knowledge of steel types and machining accuracy

• Proficient in reading drawings and blueprints

• Hands-on experience in VMC and CNC lathe machine operations

• Experience with plastic molds, mold functions, and mold accuracy

• Proficient in Excel and documentation related to daily operations
