The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in OEM-based companies such as Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, or Tata, and must be comfortable performing vehicle assessments at customer locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough evaluations of vehicles at customer premises. 2. Provide accurate assessments of vehicle conditions. 3. Ensure detailed and clear reporting of evaluations. Qualifications: 1. 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a technician or mechanic. 2. ITI/Diploma in a relevant technical field. 3. Experience working with OEM-based companies such as Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Toyota, or Tata. 4. Basic proficiency in reading and understanding English. 5. Possession of a valid driver's license and proficient driving skills. (4-Wheeler & 2-Wheeler License is mandatory) 6. Ability to do fieldwork and travel to customer locations. Exclusions: 1. No previous service advisor’s experience. 2. No commercial vehicle experience. 3. No plant or manufacturing-based experience.
