AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components.

• Adjust system controls to recommended settings and test system performance.

• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.

• Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings and recommend solutions.

• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency maintenance requests.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.

• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.

Work Conditions:

• May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons.

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments.

• Exposure to loud noise, dust, extreme temperatures, and hazardous materials may occur.
