Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components.
Adjust system controls to recommended settings and test system performance.
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings and recommend solutions.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency maintenance requests.
Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons.
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments.
Exposure to loud noise, dust, extreme temperatures, and hazardous materials may occur.
