Position: Tuition Teacher for Fountain Tuition Centre & Fountain IAS Academy
Location: Hosur (A Unit of Fountain Learning App)

Job Overview:
Fountain Tuition Centre is looking for passionate and experienced teachers for all subjects from 6th to 10th standard across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. We aim to build a team of dedicated educators who are enthusiastic about shaping young minds and committed to providing personalized and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective tuition sessions for students in classes 6 to 10 across all subjects.

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board syllabi.

• Create assessments and provide regular feedback to monitor student progress.

• Motivate and guide students to build academic confidence and improve performance.

• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student development.

• Stay updated with current teaching methods and curriculum changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or any relevant discipline.

• Prior experience in teaching students of classes 6 to 10 is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in handling multiple subjects across school-level syllabi.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.

• Patience, enthusiasm, and a student-centered approach to teaching.
