Trainer

We are hiring a multi-skilled professional who can take up responsibilities in both administration and training. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, be proficient in MS Excel (including advanced tools), and should be confident in teaching basic English communication to students or learners.

This role requires someone who is organized, comfortable with managing records and data, and has the ability to deliver basic training sessions in English and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office tasks including documentation and data entry.

Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP/Prime.

Create and manage Excel reports, use formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions.

Teach and assist learners with basic spoken English, grammar, and sentence formation.

Conduct Excel training sessions for beginners.

Support overall training programs and admin coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA preferred)

Proficient in Tally and Advanced Excel

Good command of spoken and written English

Confident in teaching/training others (even in small batches)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Prior experience in teaching, office admin, or accounts will be preferred
