Trainer

Research Analyst will lead groups of students and teachers and train them on hands-on STEM concepts relating to computer programming/coding (Robotics,SCRATCH, JavaScript programming, python, Arduino, Raspberri pi, etc), 3d printing, Artificial intelligence etc.

Job Type: Full-time Branches: EEE, ECE, E&I, CSE, BTECH - IT

Preferred batch: 2021, 2022, 2023 ,2024 & 2025.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Map out training plans, design and develop training programs

 Developing products on 3d printing, pcb boards etc

 Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up technical equipment where appropriate.

 Engage students in discussion and research relevant to the project at hand.

 Starts and ends classes on time and returns all equipment to proper location.

 Staff Relations

 Assist the Program Director with reporting and tracking all STEM activities

 Work with CYBERFEST Program and Operation directors to ensure successful program implementation.

 Interpret the present curriculum and proposed curriculum changes to the board, the administration, the staff, and the general public.

Curriculum development:

 Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.

 Provide hands-on based curriculum for campers to work towards growth within the STEM camp program.

 Develop and implement STEM lesson plans in alignment with camp.
