Physics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Physics lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).

• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive entrance exams (IIT-JEE/NEET, etc.) as per institutional goals.

• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods that promote analytical thinking and practical application of concepts.

• Conduct lab experiments and ensure students gain hands-on experience with Physics apparatus and scientific methods.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly; provide constructive feedback.

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

• Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics.

• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE/ICSE norms).

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred. Fresher postgraduates with strong subject command may also be considered.

• Experience in coaching for competitive exams will be an added advantage.
