Job Description:

We are hiring a Mother Teacher for pre-primary and primary grades who can provide a nurturing, engaging, and emotionally supportive environment for young learners. The role involves teaching multiple subjects and serving as the first point of contact between students and the school.

Responsibilities:

• Teach all core subjects (English, EVS, Math, Hindi) for pre-primary or early primary classes

• Foster a warm, friendly, and secure learning atmosphere

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and participation in classroom activities

• Track student progress and communicate with parents regularly

• Create interactive and age-appropriate teaching materials

• Ensure holistic development—academic, emotional, and social

• Coordinate with other staff for events, activities, and child assessments

Requirements:

• Graduate with B.Ed/D.Ed/NTT (Montessori or Early Childhood Education preferred)

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in early education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy, and a child-centered teaching approach

• Familiarity with play-based and activity-based learning
