We are seeking an experienced and energetic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs that elevate the sales, customer service, and product knowledge of our internal staff and B2B sales teams. The trainer will play a critical role in aligning employee skills with business goals, improving team performance, and supporting professional growth.
Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales strategies, negotiation, and customer engagement specific to women’s apparel.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and sales agents.
Deliver soft skills training including communication, team collaboration, and time management.
Coordinate with the merchandising and design teams to stay updated on new arrivals and trends for training purposes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
Coach field sales teams on understanding fabric quality, fashion trends, sizing, and styling techniques.
Train wholesale partners on visual merchandising and retail display best practices (if required).
Maintain updated training records and prepare monthly training reports.
Assist HR in identifying training needs based on performance and business goals.
Proven experience as a corporate trainer or training facilitator in the apparel/fashion industry (preferably wholesale or retail).
Excellent knowledge of women's ethnic and western fashion trends.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, HR, Education, or related field; certification in training or development is an advantage.
Bilingual or multilingual communication (Hindi/English or regional languages).
Energetic personality with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Practical understanding of the wholesale business cycle and buyer psychology.
