Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and delivery personnel.

• Ensure safety and security of the apartment premises at all times.

• Conduct routine patrols of all common areas including staircases, parking areas, and terrace.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report any unusual activities.

• Respond promptly to emergencies like fire, theft, or medical issues and inform the management.

• Assist residents with basic needs such as accepting packages or managing visitor parking.

• Ensure gates, lights, and security systems are in working order.

• Maintain a clean and organized security cabin.

• Work in coordination with the apartment association or facility manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential security or similar roles.

• Physically fit, alert, and responsible.

• Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered.

• Ability to communicate in Telugu or Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Must be willing to reside on-site with family.
