Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures

• Experience managing a team of security guards

• Ability to maintain discipline and ensure site safety

• Industrial/manufacturing background preferred

• Basic computer skills for daily reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall site security and access control

• Supervise and schedule security staff

• Manage visitor entry, material movement, and CCTV monitoring

• Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly
