1. Responsible for handling and ensuring smooth operations at around 30-40 client sites (~100-120 security personnel)
2. Maintenance of daily attendance of guards at all sites. Ensuring 100% site fulfilment with assistance from Recruitment office.
3. Listening and resolving guards issues / grievances on a real time basis, with support from back-end team
4. Ensuring all changes & overtime duties are communicated to client in timely manner.
5. Training of guards on post-specific duties in case of new deployment or changes.
6. Understanding client’s needs and deploying guards suitable for the site.
7. Ensuring excellent turn-out of all guards, as per company’s standards and regularly auditing / checking guard’s tasks, including appropriate filling of site specific registers.
8. Reporting to the ASM (Area Service Manager)
Minimum Qualification Required & Skill
- An ideal candidate should be less than 45 years of age with knowledge of security operations
- Likes to work in a structured & process-driven organization
- Client relationship management experience is a must
