Property Supervisor

We are looking for a Property Supervisor The key responsibility includes maintenance, cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000.

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Patrol property to detect irregularities and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.

• Detain offenders if necessary and coordinate with law enforcement.

• Maintain daily logs of security activities and unusual events.

• Operate security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems.

• Provide assistance during evacuations and emergency drills.

• Conduct routine inspections of fire exits, safety equipment, and entrances.
