Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, cabs) for employees and management.
Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and related documentation.
Ensure cost-effective and timely travel bookings in line with the company’s travel policy.
Maintain records of travel expenses, itineraries, and approvals.
Liaise with travel agencies and vendors for best pricing and support.
Handle emergency travel changes or cancellations.
Prepare travel-related MIS reports as required.
Support onboarding logistics for new hires or visiting clients.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and safety protocols.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality).
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel booking portals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
