Job Summary:

Arihant Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage complete travel arrangements for clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international air ticket bookings and hotel accommodations while ensuring cost efficiency and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end air ticket bookings for domestic and international sectors — including fare searches, reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

✅ Handle hotel bookings (domestic and international) based on traveler preferences, company policies, and budget.

✅ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure confirmations and best rates.

✅ Ensure compliance with company travel policies, approvals, and cost controls.

✅ Assist with travel documentation (e.g., visa, insurance, travel passes) where applicable.

✅ Provide 24x7 support for critical/emergency travel requirements (if required).

✅ Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and reporting for travel spend analysis.

✅ Keep updated on airline schedules, fare rules, loyalty programs, and travel advisories.
