We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services, and converting leads into sales. Achieving monthly sales targets is a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Pitch and explain our products/services clearly and confidently.

• Follow up on leads provided and convert them into customers.

• Maintain a record of calls, customer interactions, and sales status.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth order processing.
