Job Description:

• Conduct cold calls and emails to generate new business leads.

• Work on inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.

• Maturing the lead by regular follow-up.

• Pitching the project according to the prospect's requirements.

• Inbound/Outbound Calls & Messages.

• Understand customer needs and requirements.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

• Must have digital marketing and website development knowledge.

• Should be confident, self-motivated, and interactive.

• Must generate a minimum of 25 qualified leads per day to be eligible for the monthly remuneration.

• Leads should be well-researched and aligned with the company’s target customer profile.

• Base remuneration is linked to achieving the minimum qualified lead target of 25 per day.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals.
