Job Opening: Telesales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Shift Timing: Night Shift (Work from Office) 7:30 pm to 4:30 am

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in telesales or outbound calling

Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telesales or outbound calling, preferably in the digital marketing or B2B domain. You will be responsible for calling potential clients in the U.S. market, introducing our services, generating interest, and setting up meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch digital marketing services

Identify client needs and provide relevant information about our offerings

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls and appointments

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone)

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
