Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities, managing lead follow-ups from social media platforms, and supporting client and professional engagement. The role also involves administrative coordination, scheduling, and maintaining smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage follow-up calls and communication with leads generated via social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Provide detailed product information and support to prospective customers.

Coordinate and maintain strong professional relationships with architects and interior designers.

Invite clients and professionals to visit our luxury home décor studio for consultations and product showcases.

Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks efficiently.

Track assigned tasks and ensure timely execution of internal and external activities.

Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients for effective workflow and execution.

Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation of ongoing processes.

Support routine functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up coordination.

Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution.

Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and accountability in all assigned duties.

Communicate fluently in English, Telugu, and Hindi for effective coordination.

Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female

Age: Below 35 years

Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream)

Experience: Freshers may apply; candidates with 1+ year experience in process coordination, sales support, or client handling will be preferred

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
