Roles & Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently to potential customers.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and resolve customer concerns politely.
Maintain updated records of calls, follow-ups, and status reports.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into site visits or closures.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Build good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Key Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM entry).
Fluency in Hindi
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Freshers & experienced both can apply.
