We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The role involves calling potential and existing clients to offer our accounting and taxation services, drafting professional emails, and maintaining records in Excel. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance or accounting, as there is an opportunity to learn accounting under professional guidance.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our accounting and compliance services.
Draft and send professional emails to follow up with clients or share information.
Maintain and update client data and follow-up status in Excel sheets.
Handle initial client queries and pass on the leads to the concerned team.
Ensure high levels of client engagement and professionalism in communication.
If interested and capable, assist with basic accounting tasks and learn on the job.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email drafting
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
