Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers (Freshers welcome!) who are fluent in the local language to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain the company’s products or services in a clear and friendly manner.

• Maintain a professional and polite tone on every call.

• Record customer details and feedback accurately.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.

• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Fresher with good communication skills.

• Must be fluent in (Kannada and English).

• Basic understanding of customer service practices.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Must have a positive attitude and be a quick learner.
