Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to proactively promote and sell our innovative IT applications and services to potential clients.
Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and follow up on them to nurture relationships.
Engage with existing customers through calls and WhatsApp to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
Offer real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
Follow up diligently on leads, guiding them through the sales process to achieve successful conversions.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to collectively achieve and exceed set targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support, with a preference for the IT industry background.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Proficiency in utilizing WhatsApp and CRM tools to enhance customer interactions and sales processes.
