Job Title: Tele Caller / Telemarketing Executive

A Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, conduct surveys, or provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Outbound Calls:
Make calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Explain product features, offers, and services clearly.
Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
Persuade customers to buy products/services or schedule appointments.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Achieving Targets:
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain call logs and update customer databases.
Prepare reports on call outcomes, feedback, and lead status.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience is a plus.
