Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads from CRM or lead sources.

• Understand customer needs and explain our online agreement and legal documentation services.

• Answer queries related to pricing, service timelines, and processes.

• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, or emails to convert leads.

• Maintain records of interactions and update lead status.

• Coordinate with the operations or marketing team as needed.

Requirements:

• Good spoken Marathi and Hindi

• Experience in customer support, or telecalling.

• Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp).
