Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and fluent Hindi-English Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, promoting products/services, and maintaining excellent communication standards in both Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound queries efficiently and professionally.

Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on all calls.

Update customer information and call records in the system.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets:

Requirements:

Fluent in both Hindi and English (verbal communication is key).

Prior experience in tele calling/customer service/sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.

Minimum qualification: [10th/12th/Graduate]
