🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a smart and confident female telecaller who can help NEET aspirants understand our platform and convert leads into paid subscriptions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to NEET aspirants who sign up on our platform.

Clearly explain DoctorNEET’s features (cutoffs, choice filling, seat matrix, etc.).

Handle queries and provide support in a friendly and professional tone.

Motivate students/parents to upgrade to the paid plan.

Maintain call logs and update lead status.

🧠 Requirements

Female candidates only

Good communication in Hindi and English

Confident in speaking and building trust over phone

Basic understanding of NEET exam/counselling (training will be provided)

Must have a smartphone and internet connection

💰 Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month

Incentives: Earn bonuses on each successful paid subscription
