We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Pre-Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team at BSD Infotech. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and qualify prospects.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling.

• Pitch our products/services confidently to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team for customized solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and documentation.

• Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Experience: 1-3 years in telecalling / inside sales / pre-sales or freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.

• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and achievement.

• Ability to understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or other sales enablement platforms is an added advantage.
