Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about our internet products e.g. Lease-line & Broadband, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote internet services and plans

• Handle inbound calls related to service inquiries, complaints, or technical issues

• Explain internet plans, packages, and offers clearly and persuasively

• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM database accurately

• Coordinate with the technical and support teams to resolve customer issues

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Provide feedback on customer trends and common queries to improve service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role is a plus

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of internet services and broadband technology preferred

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in difficult situations

• Comfortable using computers and call handling tools

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
