Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Inform clients about real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
Understand customer needs and schedule appointments or site visits with the sales team.
Follow up regularly to maintain interest and build customer relationships.
Maintain records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM.
Coordinate with the field sales team for closures.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Key Skills Required:
Good verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Persuasive and confident tone
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Time management and record-keeping skills
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Qualifications:
12th pass or Graduate in any stream
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
