Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years (compulsory prior experience in tele calling or sales within the IT or related service industry)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven IT Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining IT services and solutions, converting leads into business, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to understand and convey technical services in a clear, persuasive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain IT services and solutions.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Convert prospects into paying clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Handle client queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs, feedback, and client data.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Meet individual and team targets for lead conversion and client retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the IT or related service sector.

• Proven ability to convert leads and handle client relationships independently.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and result-oriented.
