We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining a database of customer information.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries.
Generate leads and follow up on a daily basis.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Explain products or services in detail to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, if required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
