Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers / Tele-Counsellors to join our growing team in Delhi and Gurugram. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start their career in the financial services sector. You will be the first point of contact for potential students and their families, providing information about our education loan products and guiding them through the initial stages of their application journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents who have expressed interest in education loans or require information.
Inbound Query Handling: Respond to inbound calls and inquiries regarding education loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
Information Dissemination: Clearly and accurately explain various education loan schemes, benefits, interest rates, and required documentation.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding the caller's needs, academic background, and financial requirements.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for callers with Education Loan Specialists for detailed counselling and application processing.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving basic issues in a polite and professional manner.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversion and build a strong pipeline.
Achieve Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream) from a recognized university.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or relevant local languages) with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively to understand customer needs.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Persuasion & Convincing Ability: Ability to present information effectively and guide callers towards the next steps.
Problem-Solving: Basic ability to address common queries and provide accurate information.
Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using CRM software.
Enthusiasm: Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
Target Orientation: Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Compensation:
CTC (Cost to Company): ₹20,000 per month
